Virtually all
successful ventures consist of 5 parts

of your position periodically to ensure your maintaining the path towards
the goal

A well designed Physical Evaluation provides information for
parts 1,2 & 4. Without it, you will never reach part 5.
You will rarely find a Physical Evaluation more thorough
than is conducted by Jcoach.

- inform client of the actions that needs to be taken to achieve the goal
This service is included with the Personal Training service and the Sports Preparation service or can be provided as a service unto itself.
