Virtually all successful ventures consist of 5 parts

  1. identification of the goal
  2. identification of the obstacles that will interfere with reaching the goal
  3. development of the steps needed to reach the goal
  4. re-evaluation of your position periodically to ensure your maintaining the path towards the goal
  5. Achieving the Goal

 
A well designed Physical Evaluation provides information for parts 1,2 & 4. Without it, you will never reach part 5. 

 
You will rarely find a Physical Evaluation more thorough than is conducted by Jcoach. 

 

The Jcoach Evaluation includes all of the following:

  1. Consultation 1
    1. Goal Identification
    2. Health Questionnaire (extremely thorough)
    3. Training & Injury History
    4. Nutritional Evaluation
    1. Body Composition Assessment (12 site)
  2. Physical Evaluation
    1. Postural Analysis (includes eyes & jaw)
    2. Gait Analysis
    3. Movement Analysis
    4. Manual Muscle Strength Tests (individual muscles & parts of muscles)
    5. Joint Mobility Tests
    6. Segmental Strength Tests (dynamic tests of individual muscles)
    7. Global Strength Tests (dynamic tests of groups of muscles)
    8. Proprioception Tests (testing individual joints for passive coordination)
    9. Flexibility Tests (each individual muscle)
    10. Energy Systems Tests (exercise heart rate, etc)
    11. Health Tests (pH, hydration, adrenal fatigue, etc)
  3. Consultation 2
    1. explain the results of evaluation
    2. inform client of the actions that needs to be taken to achieve the goal


This service is included with the Personal Training service and the Sports Preparation service or can be provided as a service unto itself.
